Follow step-by-step instructions on how to create a horseshoe towel rack using the NEW Multi-Handler™ 200 multiprocess welder.

Tools and Materials Needed:

Steps:

Horseshoe Towel Rack step 1

Lay 5 horseshoes face down in an arrowhead position.

Tip: take the top of the next horseshoe and lay it at the second notch from the bottom.

Tack weld each horseshoe.

Finish welding each horseshoe.

Flip over the welded horseshoes, place two horseshoes at 90-degree angle, and use the carpenter square to make sure the horseshoes are square.

Tack weld the horseshoes at a 90-degree angle.

Check both horseshoes are square, and that the rebar will fit.

Tack weld the rebar to the horseshoes.

Finish welding the two horseshoes and rebar.
