Follow step-by-step instructions on how to weld a Feed Panel using the IronMan™ 240 MIG welder.

Tools and Materials Needed:

  • IronMan™ 240 MIG welder
  • Square
  • Clamps
  • Band saw
  • Tape measure
  • 1” x 14ga x 43” tubing (9pcs) 
  • 1.5” x 1/8” x 12’ angle iron (2pcs) 
  • 1.5” x 1/8” x 42” angle iron (2pcs)o text in field]

Steps:

Measure and cut materials to length.
Use angle iron to hold materials straight for welding, if you need to weld two pieces of tubing together.
Clamp tube and tack weld.
Finish welding tube.
Cut material to size.
Square the framing material and weld together.
Keep spacing equal between vertical bars.
Weld vertical bars to frame.
