The heavy-duty, All-in-One Engine Driven Welder combines 10,000-watt auxiliary power with a 225-amp DC welder. Designed for Stick welding with quick and easy arc starts.

Offers you stamina and long dependable service. Enclosed design, large battery, rugged electrical connections and wiring, and circuit breaker protection.
Smooth and consistent arc starts
Allows you smooth arc starts with minimal "sticking".
Quick-set amperage control
Allows you to easily dial in your precise weld setting. Refer to Electrode Key on the front panel to set the correct amperage for your weld.
Lightweight and compact design
Lightweight and portable design allows easy movement around the jobsite and fuel efficiency for transporting. Compact design allows more space while operating equipment, as well as in the back of a vehicle.
Simple User Interface
New interface provides a user-friendly experience with single amperage knob. Also includes easy to read fuel display that shows your hour/meter and service reminders.
Rugged Vanguard Engine
Saves you time and money with the dependable engine which conserves fuel and provides long operation before refueling. 11-gallon fuel tank and low oil pressure shutdown are standard features.
Weld and auxiliary power efficiency
The upgraded Champion Elite 225 offers enhanced solutions including full auxiliary power at any amperage, no arc interference from other tools, and no power spikes.
Multitude of power inputs
Two 120-volt plugs, the NEMA 6-30 and NEMA 6-50 provide anything from common job site tools to plasma cutters to four prong receptacles for powering various job site applications.
Auxiliary Power
10,000 watts peak power and 4% THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) keeps sensitive electronics and other plug ins running how they should.
