How to MIG Weld a Farm Gate

Tools and Materials Needed:

• IronMan™ 240 MIG Welder
• Champion® 145 Recoil Engine Driven Welder (optional)
• Clamps
• Angle grinder with flap wheel
• Sawzall
• 1 – 5/8” 14ga x 61 ½” tubing – horizontal pieces
• 1 – 5/8” x 14ga x 50” tubing – vertical ends
• 3/16” flat bar to make spaces (optional)
• 6” x 6” 1/8” plates, cut to make chain latch (2pcs)
• 7/8” x 1/8” x 1-1/2” tubing for hinges (4pcs)
