Flip the horseshoes upside down.
Overlap the horseshoes in a flower pattern.
Make sure the ends are flush.
Tack and weld the horseshoes.
Put rebar in place for the stem, place a horseshoe underneath the rebar to keep it level.
Tack weld both sides of the stem.
Double check the stem is straight before welding.
Weld the stem to the flower petals.
Cut one horseshoe in half for petals.
Weld the petals to the stem.
