Tools and Materials Needed:

Hobart® Multi-Handler™ 200 multiprocess welder
Scrap metal for:
Frame
Mount
Two wheels
Headlight
Two handles
Forks to connect the frame to the front wheel
Washers to create cylinders
Engine
Gas Tank
Seat
Exhaust pipes
Grinder

Steps

Create the shape of the frame.

Tack and weld the frame together.

Create the mount for the motorcycle to sit on.

Weld the frame to the mount.

Weld the wheels to the mount.

Weld the headlight to the frame.

Create the handles for the motorcycle.

Tack weld the handles to the top of the frame.

Adjust handles to the desired length and position.

Weld the forks to the front wheel and frame.

Alternate small and large washers to create cylinders, weld together.

Weld the stack of washers to the engine.

Tack weld the engine to the frame.

Tack weld the gas tank to the frame.

Tack weld the seat to the frame.

Tack weld exhaust to engine.

Add additional details as desired.
