American Welding Society (AWS)
Devoted to promoting welding and related processes, and to supporting all those who contribute to the industry, with links to related sites and services.

AWS Safety and Health Fact Sheets
Guidelines, definitions, and facts to help you gain knowledge about being safe in the workplace. Topics range from Fumes and Gases, to Ergonomics in the Welding environment, to pacemakers and other implanted medical devices.

Skills USA
A national organization serving more than 264,500 high school and college students and professional members enrolled in training programs in technical, skilled, and service occupations, including health occupations.


National Electrical Manufactures Association (NEMA)
NEMA is a professional organization that provides a forum for the standardization of electrical equipment, enabling consumers to select from a range of safe, effective, and compatible electrical products.


National Fire Protection Association (NFPA)
