It sounds as though you should be fine. As long as you keep the blade lubricated I see no problem.

Can't cut 3/4" radius on a table saw. So far I have made over 300 Bow Ties . Yes , straight cuts go to My table saw.

Band saw blades like no other

Just received My 1st order from bandsawbladewharehouse.com . All their bandsaw blades are made in Germany I have made over 300 Alum. Metal Bow ties. I have a cabinet making and welding shop. for the ties I use 52/50
1/8" diamond plate Allum. plate . and I use My 14" delta band saw with a 6" riser. I couldn't find a weld joint on the blade. Better weld tech. than anything I've used before ! The cutting is effortless . All My metal and wood blades will now come from Bandsawbladewharehouse. Will post Pix of My Bowties later this week. Tanks Tool

    Pretty sure you mean https://www.bandsawbladewarehouse.com/

Only that one "h" in warehouse. I only mention it to make it a working link.

    Carbide-tipped bandsaw blades, too. Wow:
