Palco 750 Electrodes

Just curious as a box of 3/32 were given to me. Between the box and printing on the rods: replaces all low hydrogen, all position, for low alloy steel, tensile strength 118,000 psi and if I'm reading the box right AC, -DC . If neg DC would these be ER11812? I have little knowledge of stick welding but thought I'd try them if they were not a rod that should have been stored in an oven. No importance to the weld, just to try my inverter on some steel scrap when time allows.
Thanks,
Ed

They use that rod for bridge work, and high strength weldments. I runs pretty good as I recall.
