New guy, Good morning

Good Morning!
I'm the new guy here and seek your wisdom. I've been welding, cutting and fabricating for 30 some years now and have used Hobart equipment in the past, but have always owned Miller, Lincoln and Thermal Dynamics equipment UNTIL NOW... I've needed a portable unit for some time, but just could not bring myself to bite the bullet and plunk down 3 grand for a new Bobcat or Ranger.
This past Sunday I bought a nice old Hobart G-3010 300 amp welder/generator that is trailer mounted and runs/welds/generates nicely. I would really like to get an operator's manual for this unit. The spec # on it is 5340B model is G-3010
Can any one here point me in the right direction? any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks for the welcome guys. I wasn't sure I would get registered, the image verification process used to prevent rouge registrations was a b***h. Must have been developed by some young NON welder with good eyes!
Anyhow I do the best I can. I'm sure somebody will have the information I need. I'm a patient man.

Welcome aboard, Steve.

At the top of this page, in the red circle, clidk on the "owner's amnuals" tab. Follow the prompts. If your manual is not in the archives, you can order a paper copy for $15, I think.

Good luck. The unit seems to be in great shape.

Hank

Thanks everyone!

Barb, the gal at Miller-Hobart literature services was most helpful in e-mailing the manual for my "new" Hobart G3010. 53 pages worth. Went up to Wally world and bought new print cartridges for the old HP inkjet (these are more expensive than buying the whole printer!), and a spiffy loose leaf binder to put it all in. Now that the printer has had it's nervous breakdown. I can get everything in the binder and start studying!
