My very first shop-job had a planer converted from line-shaft to it's own motor
overhead.....got to run it for just one morning

Hi D!ck !
From there I watched the Cincinnati shaper flick

I have a Gemco that size ....They are running that thing Backwards
some how ????

that handel is suposed to freewheel....and the fore-stroke is to be slow & the return is to be fast.

I wonder how the feed powels are even working ?
