Need price of replacement Hobart parts

Turns out a Hobart 140 welder I sold on ebay arrived at the buyers place, but with a dented side from fedex. The claim process appears to need the item value (ebay auction price) and then part cost for damaged part. How would I go about this? Replacement for entire welder? This thing was double boxed, and was like a fortress. All the parts of the cart were on the sides to protect from side impact, and had maybe a weeks worth of newspaper in the thing

Anyone know how much a replacement side for a Hobart 140 costs?

Might there be any other items inside the welder that I should have the guy take a look at that may be broken from the side impact? I don't want to file the claim and then find out more was damaged.
