Lightbulb CPR and knowing what to do!

As a Paramedic, it is sad to see how few people know how to take care of someone suffering from any medical emergency. The problem with most sudden cardiac arrests is the time it takes from calling 911 until someone starts CPR. If someone would start CPR - adequate CPR immediately, the number of deaths from heart attacks and cardiac arrest would go down significantly.

When it's your loved one, you need to know what to do! Learn CPR. Learn some basic First Aid. Be prepared to take action.

The life you save, will probably be someone you know. Make a difference so when the Paramedics arrive, they have a viable patient.
