I took the HH180 to the dealer [they have on site servive tech] hooked up the unit and it welded just like it did when it was new SWEET! well anyway we tried everything to get it to do what it was doing here at my house and it wouldnt,So the tech said"lets hook it up to straight argon and see what happens" and guess what? Did exactly what i was describing to you. Longer story Shorter, It was a bad bottle of gas causing me all my greif. We looked up when i got my last bottle of gas and sure enough it was about the same time my welder started acting funny. I am getting a free 80cf bottle out of the deal though.
