Anyone have a used Spoolgun set up that will work on a MM251 for sale? I am thinking about playing around with aluminum a bit with my MM251. Or a good source for a reasonable price new one?

Not cheap! BR has the same price. I didn't see a used one.

get a new liner & proper tip. clean the machine real well. load some 4043 & set the feeder tension as low as possible. then practice and don't be discuraged, it takes practice.

I also have a 251 and was in the market for the spoolgun . Last week I went to my local shop, and got the 30A spoolgun, regulator, 2 rolls of wire, a 10 pack of tips and a filled tank for $991. I opted to build my own rack for the tanks, since the factory unit was another $180. I'll try to post pics of the running gear later.
Now if I can get them to get me a deal on a TIG. Thinking econotig, unless someone can talk me into something else.
Maybe TIG is they way i should go?

Your 251 will MIG Al just fine. The Miller 15A (15' lead) and 30A (30' lead) spoolguns are "plug and play" on your machine.
I'd never dicourage anyone from TIG, but unless you have a business need or a burining desire, you can do virtualy anything you want in the welding world with a 251.
