Tip sizes?

I'm a newbie but ready to learn. MY question is how to determine the tip size on my victor torch? It reads 0-3-101.

That is a size 0. Sizes for Victor start at 000 and go up. Here is a link to the Victor site. You can get a full list of available tips and I believe they list the sizes and corresponding pressures. If not, your dealer should have a pocket sized card available for a $ or two.
