    WW II Lawn Spinner

Pretty straight forward...Truck Muffler, Heat Shields, Ceiling fan, Golf Bag Cart. I was really blowing my welds on one of those heat shields until it dawned on me it was aluminum! Shell from a Harley Driving Light as a prop spinner.

    With chrome spinner in place...

Well, there you go, Wyoming! Pretty simple to fab one up, and parts are next to free...I try to go for the four blade props, as "more authentic" looking, but some of the fighters used five blade, and I believe a German one has six blades. They look better with a spinner on the prop...Here's the first one I did, but it had no tail or wings...

I meant to put a shell from a Harley Driving Light on as a spinner, but forgot. If it doesn't sell this weekend, I'll tack one on next week.

    Foot,
Looks easy huh? BS! Easy for you...and that is supposed to be viewed as a compliment, if you didn't know. In the past I've said you ought to go higher end in your art buying public. Advice from the local imbecile, but I meant it then as I do now. We all have our talents, special in our own way...Human Resource speak..., but I know my limitations and creativity in artwork is definately one of them.

I agree with Wyoming, and think that you really have talent for seeing artistic possibilities in ordinary things that I could never match!

Why, Thank You!! That's one of the reasons she always displays my stuff out front...draws the crowds, who then filter through all that other great stuff she has...Did you also check out my Time Travel Machine that was about two clicks towards the creek? Wimberley is a great little town, very artsy, and a lot of recording and performing artists live there, as well.

Hotfoot, one of these days you should try to make a helicopter that is also a lawn sprinkler.

That would be simple enough...except we can no longer sprinkle our lawns in Texas, just like last summer...the drought..y'know...but I DID do this free spinning helicopter, piloted by an Android, a couple years ago...Same as the fighter planes, using a ceiling fan.
