Hobart Brothers Welder T-180, need info.

    Hi,

New to the forum here. I inherited a Hobart Brothers welder, Model T-180 from my dad when he died. Can you give me info about it? I "assume" it works, my dad had lots of tools in his garage and he had the outlets to use the tools with different electrical plugs. Here is the info from the plate on the front plate:
    Serial: 1671E
    INPUT
    Volts 208/230
    Amps: 37 Specs: 4485 A
    Cycles 60/50 phase 1

    OUTPUT
    max n.l.v. 80
    amps 180 volts 25
    20% duty cycle

There is a guy on here that will give me the info, I think he works for Hobart Brothers. He'll be able to give me the year it was manf and who bought it 1st. I went to their site and they don't really have an archive online.

    Thanks
