It's got DWS....dropped welder syndrom.
The only cure is to drop it again and if it definately stops all action like buzzing slide it under the bench and leave it there....it'll look good as part of your impressive welder collection, and becomes a collectible item as opposed to a useable item........colectibles, like antiques are never used, just on display to add credentials to your ability when your mates come round for a chat over a couple of dozen beers.

I had similar symptoms on a Deltaweld of sorts (can't remember which one, there's a bunch of 'em in the shop. Could very well have been a 452). It was the main contactor out back. Probably some dust got in and kept the contactor from seating, so it buzzed. I think I manually cycled the contactor a couple of times and it started working fine.
Sounds like you have a similar situation.
