I have seen others like it and someone will respond. I just can't think at the moment.

Airco "corncob" or relative.
Tips are very plentiful on Ebay and Concoa still makes this style torch.
Tip nuts are cheap.
Seal-Seat has exploded views in their catalog.
If it has a steel head that's even better, but the brass ones are fine.
They are well-regarded.
I like doing business with ATL. One call should sort out what you need.

To be sure use some acetone and soak it and wipe with a rag, should clean it right up.
Eastwood MIG135, never fails to make me wonder.
Lincoln idealarc 300/250: runs like it was made today. Looks like its seen some better days. Origin is Ashland lumber mill. Ready to go. Needs some new leads and a little specialty TLC.
DEWALT 4 1/2" angle grinder

I wouldn't SOAK a torch in acetone lest it retain some in a cavity! There is no benefit. It doesn't remove corrosion.
I'd WIPE one with a non-drippy rag if it had external oil or grease I was SURE wasn't internal too.
If the torch is free of oil, dirt, etc I leak check them and do a thorough visual, then put them to work.
Look into the valves with a bright light and into the head with the tip nut removed.
