Just to add to the previous (insignificant) question on color, does anyone know if these machines can be upgraded with capacitors? Does model 9104C mean it has capacitors (additional??), and model 9104 does not?

As far as color, ASA 61 gray is a popular color for equipment cabinets and stuff that just has to blend into the background. Not bile green or obtrusive blue or some weird shade of tan that annoys after awhile. Red is OK if you like that brand

Power factor capacitors can help if you are pressed for max current, but are mostly good for those who are penalized by utility rates for bad power factor. That means those who are on commercial power metering, not residential.

Just a guess, but gray was the color of the best seller engine-drives, and the old 3 phase electric drives found in most welding schools.

Lots of stuff out there within a few hours drive. Seems like people are rooting through their garages and putting stuff up for sale, albeit at somewhat higher prices than before. Know what you want and deal for it. The stuff is out there.
