    The tool looks to be some kind of winding crank, The large hex nut would be the drive. The square depression might be to apply extra effort with a long handle ratchet.
    yes you can, I do it all the time.
    You are looking for the fourth listing down in the drop down menu for each photo. IMGcode. You may have to double click on the box it will change the wording in the box to copied, then you use paste.To add the photo in the post.
    Some people it works in one click, others two clicks I'm a two clicker.
    left button click over the circle with the triangle in the box.

    the tool itself is a selectable ratchet. the 3/4 drive looking opening is tapered as to accept a brace shank tool or drive. it was in a box of pipe theading tools.

    thanks pt for the photo help. id just been trying to insert the image as per instructions in the faq section by selection the insert image icon in step two.

    Ok then your additional info it could be old style reamer for removing the lip left by the pipe cutter. Inside the pipe, it does remind me of a tube rolling device but there would be another that is piece missing.
