new HTP invertig 221 ac/dc

While looking at inverter tig seems htp came out with a new version 221 amps
including a dv model finally I know which tig I am going to get

it;s not even on their site yet

its a nice looking simple inverter machine at a decent price. they will probably sell a bunch of them..

We'll I got the machine... it's up and running
I am very satisfied with the machine...nice quality

As I never tig welded in my life when I tried it for the first time I was burning plate 1mm ...reason I hand the hand control all the way up lol...when I figured it out no more burning thru...I haven't used the foot control yet as I am liking the rotary hand control. without pulse, pulse seems a bit weird so I turned it of and continue practice without it.

The HTP tig dvd helped me a lot I've watched it about 4 times..lol

I've spend 4k for everything , Dual voltage , water cooler, lot of filler rod and tungsten, rotary hand control...

Right now I am using it stick mode as I am building a hydraulic press very smooth...the lincoln stick welder will be sold no more use for it...



If only HTP had an inverter pulse mig....

My hobby is getting more and more expensive next will be one of the new powermax plasma 65 or 85 for my future cnc table

If I had to do it over again I would still buy the HTP and I think they lowered the price more
so I'ts a good deal.

sweet thats what i wanted to hear. i put mine on lay a way with them last month with the water cooler and 25 ft torches.
