    Keeping scrolls on level.

Anyone else have a hard time keeping scrolls on the same line when using the HF scroller?
Some tips and suggestions would be great.

Which scroller? I've got the one from the "metal working tool kit" and I just make sure the stock (usually flat bar) is resting on the base plate of the scroller. Any little bit of crookedness (is that a word?) I do get, I can straighten out with a hammer or vise grips.

    Does that help at all?

just keep the metal as straight as ya can while bending. I use a 1/2" round bar or hammer to tweak them into place.

After some trial and error I found that if I feed the stock straight in it comes out pretty nice.I eyeball it so it looks as though it is going in straight and then I marked the infeed roller. As for straightening what crookedness(yah I think it works too ) I do get I put the scroll over the open jaws of my vise and tap with a hammer.
