    question 4 dan

    i noticed somewhere in a thread u suggested 85/15 gas on 22ga. whats the benefit in this?

    Nope, I'm not Dan, and I won't pretend to be. But I know this one.

    The lower CO2 content reduces penetration, and so reduces the chance of burn-thru on thin materials.

    I was going to pass on this one cause I aint Dan either, but it was in his post, it takes less energy to sustain a good arc.
