Miller 400 ?

I have been offered a working condition Miller 400 which was bought at a business liquidation auction. I can get it for $250.00. I would appreciate you thoughts and/or opinions on this welder as I am very tempted to buy it. Thanks for your help.

Its probably a 3 phase machine, keep that in mind.

I've never heard of a Miller 400. I'm guessing its like a Shopmaster? CV machine?

I appreciate the info. I will try to get more information but I was told about this by my sister and when I asked for more details she said the couple is out of town until next week. I will provide what information I can gather as soon as I can. Thanks again.
