    "Y" adapter for sharing argon

I got a new HH 210 and already have argon with my TIG outfit and was thinking about the possibility of sharing the argon with the HH 210. I believe they make a "Y" to do such a thing but was curious how many people do that and how it works. Does the "Y" adapter have 2 valves so you can use one or the other?
    Thanks in advance,

I do it with mine, I put a Y after the flowmeter and use the same bottle for alum.

Thanks for the info and the pic. So about $40 is a fair price for one of these?

I would say, with valves, you can get by without them if needed though. But they cant hurt and I guess I just happened to have them on this Y.

While you can do that, you won;t get good results using straight argon in your MIG...A mix of 75/25, called C25 works best in a MIG.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

    Hey Rocky,
I know...I already bought the 300 cu ft bottle (well rented it anyhow), for the MIG but I got the super deal from TSC that included the spool gun so I may want to try it with aluminum at some point although I already have a TIG welder. I was going to buy C15 but they didn't have it...but spray welding is another story.
Thanks for looking out for me though.
