    price range on speedglas helmets

so i went to orientation at boces(its the trade school in my state) cause they have a welding class and the instructor had a speed glass helmet that he let me use, i loved it. so i came home and researched them, theys pretty nice but i couldnt find a price on one

so i guess my question is ; what is the normal range for a speed glass weldinh helmet?

Got my 9100V from cyberweld.com last November for $235. Looks like they are still at that price. Actually my wife bought it for my birthday. Said I needed a new "welding mask"

The were called either masks or helmets way back when.

Here's plans to make one from a 1937 Popular Science magazine:

Does it accept mag lens? How long after it's turned on before it goes off.
