    #2 heating head ?

Learning Babbitt puddling, they told me a #2 heating tip is the best for
the work that we usually do. Said the supplyer only carries the Odd #'s now.
After 2 days, I can see he is correct a #2 would be optimum.

I'm not real up ta speed on O/A supplies / nomincature etc. etc.
There's got to be still even numbers right??

The whole world doen't just stop making a thing!

I want to buy my own .... infact two tips, and my own set of cleaner-wires.
    Any clarity ot offer?

Don't have time to research this for a few days.
    Thanks
    VG

In the beginning, the Earth was without form, and void.
When one picks up some wood or metal or stone and shapes it into something usefull
... I beleive that it has to be a deliberate effort to disavow a creator.

As you work these, and join them, you feel the force and the will of He
who formed and shaped the very resorces that you now add your will and force to.
Further one surely can know when your will and force is not aligned with His.

What brand/model torch? If you have a Victor or Smith, you can get tips from Cyberweld.

Smith...model "natural" or some goofy name like that.
    I found a #1 that's been cleaned so often I could worry
the 2nd cleaner-wire into it. Worked good.

Babbitt is amazing stuff. Like'n this puddling stuff!

    Oh by the way.........

As long as I'm at it, I'm do'n it ambEdextrously.
Left is fine, right I have the same motion limit that complicates my Tig.

Can I bend the tip a little closer to 90 degrees
as long as I stay back from the tip?
