I am resoring the same welder, I am missing some parts, any chance that you may have a picture of the inside?
i am missing the arc adjustment rod and holer, and the peice that shows how many amps you are sending out

I would guess that since this thread is three years old and the OP had only 10 posts, you're not going to get an answer from him.

I found it odd he said that it ran smooth as butter using pipe rod, 7010. That welder says A/C and the "0" as the last digit in an electrode designation is a DCEP rod.

If yer still lurking, post clear picks.
The insides of most weld power supplies from buz-boxes to the "heavy's"
were not made of NASA scope fabrication and assemblies.

Wouldn't take much to "make yer own" replacement parts.

That welder was made before electrons got so picky, and a good welder could do wonders if he held his tongue just right.

Phil, what did you ever do with the P&H embroidered patch?

Couldn't find a black cap that fit good enough to sew it to.

It can go to a new home if one can express genuine affinity toward it.

The other thing is, unlike a lot of shop guys that wear a cap all day,
I only wear mine when my head needs a little more protection than usual.

I don't want the patch all grimed up...?
