    Heat selector switch question

Hi, I have a used Powermate Professional tote mig model 117-027 I bought off of craigslist a week ago. It works fine on the fill and 2 selection, but when I switch to 3 or 4 settings, nothing? Any suggestions?
    Thanks in advance

You'll need to take a look inside.

actually, i've opened it up and checked the switch to see if it was dirty or damaged, and it appears to be ok, its in a sealed casing. Is there a fuse or something I should be looking for?
