I need some ideas on a cart just for this stick welder... i aint tryin to copy anyones work just looking for ideas so...

My older thunderbolt has a wheel kit and handle (you could fab both easily), making it a snap to roll around. Why add bulk and weight?

I agree....get two wheels ,an axle, and bend up some flat stock possibly add a couple hangers for the leads, power cord, and a hook for your hood.

Well... Last night i sat out in the garage, pondering, looking at the framing of the cart ive got complete,... and its gonna get an add on to it, im not gonna raise the distance between the top and bottom trays, ive came up w an idea that will work quite well, be neat and also quite diffrent... so once i get my 3rd tray built and all of it welded on ill post up some pics of what ive came up with..

If you want to add your stick machine to the cart just lean it back.....
