    subsoiler

Has anyone built a subsoiler or one row cultivator, I'm thinking about trying to
do both if I can find plans or one to use as a pattern

Yep....I'd either go check out the forums at http://www.tractorbynet.com or the forums at http://tractorshed.com . I'm a member at both sites (though not a heavily posting one), and they come in handy all the time.
