How much pressure is required to crush 1/2" square tubing

I just finished flattening some 1"x1" 16g pieces but I forgot my camera is at my office.

You may want to pick up a 5lb Sledge Hammer.

1- In the Vise with Mapp torch heat- needed cheater bar

1- Flattened with 5lb sledge and Mapp Torch for heat

1- Flattened with 5lb sledge NO heat- just needed a couple more hits with the hammer but worked easily enough.

1/2" 16g should be a piece of cake.
