    With FC, I run it at 3/40, (4/70 with MIG), and I'll get full penetration on a butt joint with a bit of a gap, but I've never burned though 1/8" like that with it.

    OK, this one only shows the back side or bottom of the weld. What a pain in the behind to get them drug over here.
