Not sure if I posted this here or not. Made out of stuff on hand and freebie castors that had been in a bucket of water for a long time. Freed up and worked tho. Second machine was an afterthought...

    Stunning craftsmenship 556man.
Except for the box-fan everything in your universe,
seems to be aligned with the "axis's" of your shop.

I was wondering for a while, until SunLine posted,
if I had logged into the Outer-Limits.

    Sweet carts.

    Both of you.

In the beginning, the Earth was without form, and void.
When one picks up some wood or metal or stone and shapes it into something usefull
... I beleive that it has to be a deliberate effort to disavow a creator.

As you work these, and join them, you feel the force and the will of He
who formed and shaped the very resorces that you now add your will and force to.
Further one surely can know when your will and force is not aligned with His.

    Quick Question....

I have a new Hobart 187 and a Hobart 235 LX AC welder(s) and I would like to build a cart that will hold these two plus a plasma cutter (this fall). How would I go about running electris on the cart so that I only had to plug 1 cord into a wall receptical? Could I wire 1 box on the cart for 50 amps (235 LX) and that could poxer both the 187 and 235 right now and then down the road when I get the plasma cutter tie that into it. I also would like to wire in a box with 4 outlets (at least 2) for grinders or whatever else I may need.

Maybe this can't be done the way I would like but I figured I would ask the pro's for their advice. Thanks in advance.

Sorry it took me a while to get this rough measurements. Been so busy lately at work. Here it is. Hope it helps.

Frame is 1 1/2" square tubing.

Fencing around the welders is 3/4" square tubing to keep mig welder and plasma cutter from falling.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

    Thanks,

Thanks vicegrip. I was planning on making a stand with wheels for that funny little box fan so I could move it around. With the heat here in Vegas that box fan helps a little during summer.

Nice cart you made there sunline. I like the built in welding table with it. Very functional.

Here's a tip I use to keep the wire of an open feeder from rusting. Cut a slot in the side of the spool box and use it for a cover.

    Welding Cart

Kind of an old thread but I got inspiration from it for my cart so I thought I would post some pictures for others.

I got sick of having a rats nest of extensions cords and cables when working on cars so I made this cart to follow me around. I ran 240 to it, hard wired the welder and then split off 110v for the outlets.

I posted some more pictures here.

Hello Rocky. YSR is a mini bike made by Yamaha from 1988 to 1992. It has a small 50cc to 80cc two stroke engine. It's shape like a sport bike. A lot of people use this too for racing.

It's just one of my hobbies to restore mini bikes. Got 4 of them now.
