"Weld It And You Won't Be Screwed"
Rescued from the boneyard SA-250 on a fully equipt trailer (My Wife's Explorer cries every time I hitch up)
Trailblazer 301G (can't touch the SA-200 for stick)
Arcair K-4000 A.K.A "The Hissing Cobra"
HF- 251 TIG box for the TB with a Weldcrap torch, Yes I weld aluminum![]()
More than a toolbox full of stuff on an F-350 that is way to small

This thread kind of went in the direction of which is better lincoln or miller. Basically that is just an opinion anyway. I could care less if lincoln is better. You wont see one on my truck. My TB with the HF box and the RC12 does just fine. I make a decent liveing with them. Reading some of these threads make a guy feel that if he is'nt running lincoln he useing crap. Thats not true.
Miller Trailblazer 302
Miller 12 RC wire feeder
Miller HF 250D-1
Miller 175 wire feed
RF 128 Bandsaw
Victor O/A cutting outfit
5hp gas air compressor
It seems to me that people are makinc comparisons, which pretty much follows the original post.

That is not true. what would give you that impression?
Most could care less, as long as it does what it is supposed to do.
People make a living with a Ranger 8 also.
trevwelder,i own a tb302 too
and i am very happy with it.if i was to upgrade it will be a miller 350d or a pipepro.dont read a lot into my post as me and some of these guys are kinda buddies on another board and are just having a little fun with each other.but i think a guy would be wise to take all the info you can from guys like shieldarc and j hall, jtmmc etc.
i hope to never own another lincoln, but that is just my deal.
Dont get me wrong, they are both good AMERICAN company's. I just dont like millers advertising department.![]()
And lincoln's advertising dept is any better? They had 110v migs running 3/8 and better. They all have hype to some degree. I went blue because red burned me. Blue works just fine and will always be better than red in my shop...no matter what anyone says or does.
Don
Go Spurs Go!!!!!!
i got burned by my powermig 215 more than once.![]()
is it really true what i heard today from a pipeliner.he said if two equal pipe welders where welding 30 inch pipe downhill and one was using a pipepro and other using a 200d(new one),the one using the pipepro would be done at least 30 min before lincoln guy.
any you pipe welders know if this is hype,or true![]()
how about this new lincoln, very portable.
