Drill Press Help!!

I 've run across an old Champion Drill 20". It works just fine & has the 3 Phase convertor that goes with it. No drills for the taper, but has the adj. chuck.
The man is asking $600.00 for it.
Does anyone know what this should be worth?
P.S. The table swivels, lowers, & turns.
Hope I have made enough since for you guys to understand.

check spindle bore taper size. #2 is a little too small. #3 or 4 is better. if it's a 3ph motor it's probably more than 1hp[that's good]. the phase converter maybe be more valuable than the press. you can use it to run more 3ph machinery. chip
