    Aluminum welding with 187

    Has anyone tried welding aluminum without a spoolgun with their 187? Is it possible? Just a thought running threw this thing I call a brain. i have a couple projects coming up and was just wondering?

    The cost of the controller and spool gun is something to look at......I think the H10 gun is short enough that you would be able to replace the liner and use a tip one size larger than the wire and do just fine.....

    Miller no longer sells the teflon liner for the M-10 gun.

    I thought you can use the liner for a M-25??? This is just from memory and not from buying one.
