HTP imports some of their welders/plasma cutters from Italy. You may want to phone them at 1-800-USA-WELD or email Jeff Noland: jnoland @ htpweld.com. I'm 99% sure it's made by Telwin, one of the largest Italian makers.

The seller wants $450, which is pretty high when a brand new Hobart Handler 180 sells for just $659 with free shipping & full warranty: http://stores.ebay.com/SGWELDSTORE
