    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=006

These must be about the best bet for us CC owners , if the ca$h they consistantly pull on Ebay is any indication , No?....

even looking like $kit , sitting in a pile of $kit they get the $$$s ?

When one picks up some wood or metal or stone and shapes it into something usefull
... I beleive that it has to be a deliberate effort to disavow a creator.

As you work these, and join them, you feel the force and the will of He
who formed and shaped the very resorces that you now add your will and force to.
Further one surely can know when your will and force is not aligned with His.

Vicegrip, my experience with big feeders is limited to the Hobart "Porta-Wire CC/CV", & the Miller "8 & 12-VS" feeders. I don't know about this one, or the ledgandary LN-25, but I can tell ya without-a-doubt that they will end yer smaw rod purchaces quick! Big feeders like thease rock in the field IMO! (FYI, my 8-VS 8" spool only) feeder went out the door @ appx. $1600.00 with a 1260 gun, drive rolls, tips, and an 045 liner, and it was worth every penny! I run it off of the Hobart Champion & it welds sweet on CC.)

IF you can buy this thing for less than 500 bucks and it works?,,it's a steal!
Just be sure it has a "contactor" so the tip is cold til ya pull the trigger. The Hobarts tip was hot all the time like a rod is, so it took some adjustment on the operators part. ( That would be me.) Still welded great tho,and is the reason I got me that 8-VS! ( The SOB wouldn't sell me that Hobart) Hope this helps with yer decision.

FWIW, the one pictured does have the gas solenoid and contactor. I know this because I can see them. I have them in my S-32P now as well.

    For sure

My portable work is probably 70% Suitcase on steel, 29% Spoolmatic on aluminum, 1% stick. Five pounds of covered electrode lasts a loooong time.
