    Arrow Wire speed not working

Hi, I just purchased a used HH130xl... everything works ok, although doesn't burn as hot as I would like, but the wire speed does not work at the slower settings...

I was wondering if there was a fix for this? possibly a bad potentiometer? Is there a good place to purchase parts? Thanks!

Also, how thick of material should I expect to be able to weld with this?

    Thanks again

The wire speed on my HH120 wasnt working at the lower speeds either. I took the covers off of the machine and saw there was another tap on the other side of the pontentiometer. I swaped the wires, the wire speed now works backwards from the way it reads on the panel but it works fine and it was cheap.

Thanks, I'll give it a try, although I would like to eventually give it a more permanent fix .

There are 3 prongs-- which ones did you switch?

switch the two outside prongs. If that seems to fix it the pot has a bad spot and should be replaced.
