I didn't see any when I was researching cheaters for my backup AD hood. I think there was post in here asking this question with respect to the Miller BWE and the answer was no. I don't know if that has changed since.
I use a cheater in my Optrel Satellite and it fits perfectly with their lens which is fairly small in comparison to the new hoods but I did have a standard sized cheater in my backup which has a bigger lens. It didn't bother me and didn't seem to really hamper my field of view.

Go to amazon.com and search on Optivisor and Kustom Magnifier, and keep looking at smiliar items. Keep in mind the lenses can be pulled out of things like the Optivisor and taped into your helment.
You should find some things that you can tape into you helmet or flip over your specs.
I got this idea from Barry M. (the HTP guy) on this list.

Jackson Products makes and adapter that fits/clips a 2"x4" magnifier into their 5"x4" standard hood. I don't know if it works with their self darkening hood though.Originally Posted by unkle spike
Unc,
I looked everywhere for a full size mag insert for my BWE - it just ain't out there. I ordered a pert # supposedly for my hat, and I got two of the small mag lenses. While they will both fit in the built-in retainers, the solution is the wrong one. You cannot see anything in the center where the two lenses meet.

to make the 2" x 4" work in a 4" by 5" helmet and it will work with the auto darkenning helmets.
I have been selling welding supplies for about 20yrs and have not seen a large size cheater, I have had people ask and I have searched and talked to vendor reps and nothing, only an adapter for the small lens to fit in,a pair of strong reading glasses under your helmet![]()

I don't think so. Recently went thru this myself and wound up purchasing the standard lens adapter that fits just under the springclip in my Jackson Shadow. Works great! You just slide the magnifier up or down to set in your line of vision. I find my bifocal in my eyeglasses covers what is below the cheater perfectly and don't even notice the transition between the cheater and non-cheater areas.
Used the same adapter in a HF Autodark helmet. It just happens to squeeze in firmly between the mounts inside so I haven't needed to tape it in although it will sometimes fall out if I set the hood down too roughly. So far its worked great in both hoods. I went with a 2.5 diopter lens and it improved my view of the pool quite a lot.

They call them contact lenses.

Do you think Home Depot has safety glasses with the "diopter" magnifying lenses built in?
What size diopter do you think will work?
I see one person uses 2.5.
Thanks.

These parts just slide together.
Go to your local CVS or whatever larger drug store chain you've got and try on several reading glasses of different diopters. You will then have a reference point as to which diopter is right for you. Then go order the safety glass version from the link above.
My wife has several different "cheap" drug store reading glasses and that's how I found that 1.5 works for me.
