    Web Pages

Where are some good metal related web pages that you like to visit?

Here are a few that I have found that are interesting:

http://www.abrasha.com/ - interesting jewelry great pics

    http://www.metalmuseum.org/ - Memphis museum

    http://www.lindsaybks.com/HomePage.html - cool old books

    http://www.metalwebnews.com/howto/chopsaw/sawtable.html
Great plans for a chopsaw stand

    http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=e...oining.welding

    http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=e...s.metalworking
Last two are discussion groups - not as good as this group.

Please post some addresses of sites you know about.

Thanks for the list of sites, Duke. I checked out the chop saw stand...really nice, if you have the space to use it! I also went to the home page, it had all sorts of good stuff on it, too. But my spam program in Windows XP, told me there was a cookie rejected that would have revealed personal information...be advised.

Thanks for the info Rocky D. Was that page the metal web news home site or another? I haven't had any problems with spam etc from viewing the sites. My msystem is old and running win98', I guess it doesn't have the capability to scan for potential security violations. That info gathering is something, what are they after in the information?

Do you have any web sites you go to about metal?

Royal Fe, I run Win98 but with Internet Explorer 6, the version that comes with XP. This feature is part of IE6, you will get these warnings even if you run Win98.
