This kind of news always hits when I am out of stock on the item whose price is going sky high. Thanks a lot.

Figures, I just ran out of 14/2 and 12/3. That's okay, I charge by the hour plus materials, so except for my many pro bono jobs, the price doesn't bother me too much. A lot of my pro bono work can be done with leftovers, but not always!

I think around here it is still in the $40 something range. I think we just pried some 12/2 mc and it was still going for around 80 or 90. I'll have to buy it all up before it does that around here. I think insulated wire at the scrapyard is going for 1.10 and bare bright is going for like 1.70. I wish I held onto everything I have sold in the past.

That would have to be one **** of a patch ! Not sure the programmers could do it all in one patch. I would look for 3.0 in the near future.

When I wired the new house I bought it through work from one of our electrical suppliers. Home Depot wanted $228.00/M.Crescent Electrical Supply was only $136.00! There is quite a margin on the consumer side.
