OT-anyone heard of VIM tools?

ive been looking for a good torx socket set for a while and today i had came across one. it has from T8 thru T60 and T10H thru T55H and E4 thru E20. the guy said he either bought it from the snap-on, mac,matco truck dealer but couldnt remember as he had all good quality tools. after talking with him and bs-ing for a while he let me walk with it for only 30 bucks. i was after the snap-on tap and die set but couldnt get it. wife would get mad. question i have is are they good tools?

My dad has a set of VIM ignition wrenches in his one car. They have anice finish on them, but looks can be decieving. I think they are made overseas somewhere.
