Which MIG is best for aluminiun without using spool gun

Some said aluminium is soft and hence better to use spool gun to feed. But spool gun is expensive for hobby/DIY people like me. Is there a machine that has good feeding for aluminium without using spool gun?

Something with a short work lead. Keep it straight, and you should be ok. Any machine which is capable of producing the amps to really spray aluminium should have a decent enough drive roll system in it, though you may consider a teflon liner to ease the wire through.

    No,

There is a dual shield for stainless that requires shielding gas and is quite expensive.

Aluminum is solid wire and requires argon shielding gas.

    Before I got my spoolgun I used 4043/.030 without many problems with a 10 ft gun on a HH135, HH140, MM175 & HH180.
