    Mega Yard Art

I happened upon this in a wheat field by the side of the highway last fall while pheasant hunting in central Kansas. Sorry there is nothing in the photo for size reference, but I would estimate the distance from the top of the head to the ground was about ten feet and an overall length of about twenty-five feet or so. A buddy who lives nearby said several similar pieces had popped up in the area.

This is my first photo attachment, so please bear with me if I don't get it right first try.

Those pesky dragons, looks like it cut down all the corn stalks. How fast did you run to avoid it

These photos taken in Fall. Apparently the dragon had cut down all the grain for miles around. He must have been asleep, as I walked up very close to get these shots with my cheapo digital camera. (He also must have scared away all the local pheasants too.)

Where abouts is that dragon located in Kansas? Sounds like a good road trip to me.

    Dragon location

It was a few miles east of Lincoln on Hwy. 18.
Lincoln is 30 miles or so northwest of Salina.

I have no idea if it is still there. I saw it last fall.
