    Plasma dross update...

Well i turned up the air pressure and everything seemed to be fine then i started having the same problems again,So i took it in to the Tech Guy at my suplier,Turns out i wasnt halucinating(sp?) There was indeed something wrong with it,He was experiancing the same problems with dross and cut quaility,Wasnt cutting anywhere near advertised.Wouldnt even do a clean cut on 3/16,
So their just getting me a new one.

I sure will just as soon as he explains it to me.He did briefly say it was something to do with the power output,It wasnt putting out the amps it was supposed to be due to some electrical thingy. They do have a guy coming in tomorrow to do a thourough Diagnostic. To find out exactly what it is, Probably a board problem or something.

It was getting way to complicated for my simple layman knowledge.

    Well dross problem solved!!!!
They swaped out the spectrum for a Cutmaster 38

The tech showed up turned on the machine went to use it and it performed like crap, said there was no debate over this unit being F**ked up because it was, said pilot arc was sticking on and it wasnt outputting proper amperage, end of story, ( those are his exact words)
