    Question Hobart tg-301 tig welder

Is the tg-301 a good welder? I have a chance to get one pretty cheap but i was wonder if it was worth it. How do the TIG/ stick weld? Its a 300amp welder so i could do some decent size stuff with it. Right now all i have is cheapo lincoln fluxcore and I'm only 14 so i really dont have enough money to go out and buy a new welder. All i really do is light stuff and some heavier stuff so the amprage is fine. Thanks

Do i need to run 3 wire or can i run 2 wire. I would like to save some money and i really dont see the point of a neutral. But if i have to run it i will. I really dont know too mcuh about electricity so i waswondering the highest amp breaker i have is a 50 amp. Is there any way to put in a sub panel with like a 100 amp or somethin so i can use my welder to its full potencial?
    Thanks
    Chris

The 3rd wire is a ground and you need it. I would get an electrician to take a look at what you need.
